锦欣生殖医疗集团有限公司（01951）于2026年5月28日公告称，公司于香港联交所通过场内交易回购普通股合共630万股，占当日现有已发行股本的约0.23%，每股回购价格介乎港币2.13元至2.17元，最高平均购回价约为港币2.1553元，总金额约为1357.84万港元。本次公告由公司董事于2026年5月28日发布。
回购完成后，公司现有已发行股份总数仍维持约27.05亿股，库藏股数量暂为零。公司回购授权于2025年6月26日获股东大会通过，可回购股份总额为2.74470604亿股，截至目前，公司已在包括本次回购在内的多次操作中累计回购8231.45万股，占购回授权通过日已发行股本的约2.999%。公司指出，本次股份回购尚未完成注销相关股份，在完成注销前，上述回购规模依旧计入其已发行股份的总数。
