瑞斯康集团（01679.HK）3月20日晚间发布盈利警告称，根据对截至2025年12月31日止年度未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，预计期内归属于股东的综合净亏损约为人民币0.37亿元，较2024年度约0.73亿元的净亏损大幅收窄。
公司表示，亏损缩窄的主要原因是2025年预计发生的一次性减值亏损约0.15亿元，较2024年同期的减值金额显著减少。
瑞斯康集团目前仍在编制并落实2025年度经审计综合财务报表，相关业绩公告预计将于2026年3月底发布。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
