MONGOL MINING Grants a Total of 41.875 Million Share Options

Mongolian Mining Corporation has announced the granting of a substantial number of share options.
On June 23, 2026, the company issued a total of 41.875 million share options to certain eligible participants under its share option scheme adopted on June 16, 2021.
The grants include 8 million options awarded to Dr. Battsengel Gotov, an executive director and the group's chief executive officer.
Additionally, 33.875 million options were granted to a group of employees who are not directors, chief executives, major shareholders, or their respective associates.
These option grants are conditional upon acceptance by the respective grantees to become effective.
