2026年3月18日，MONGOL MINING（00975）发布翌日披露报表。公司于当天在香港联交所场内回购498,000股普通股，约占已发行股本的0.048%，每股回购价介乎每股港币10.41元至10.56元，合计支付约港币523.197万元。
公告显示，本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为1,036,972,786股，且目前无任何库藏股。根据2025年5月26日通过的购回授权，授权可购回股份总数为103,352,428股，公司已累计购回4,863,000股。公司同时确认，相关回购行为符合上市规则及所有适用法律法规的要求。
