根据协议框架，Acumen预计将于2026年初获得包含非人灵长类动物研究在内的临床前候选药物完整数据包。该企业同时获得开发两款阿尔茨海默症治疗候选药物的独家优先选择权。
值得关注的是，Acumen核心在研药物Sabirnetug的II期临床试验（ALTITUDE-AD研究）取得关键进展。这项针对早期阿尔茨海默症患者的临床试验已于2025年3月完成全部受试者入组工作。研究团队正加速推进后续工作，药物关键临床数据预计在2026年末正式公布。该疗法通过靶向毒性淀粉样蛋白寡聚体，有望从根本上改变阿尔茨海默症治疗格局。
