代扣所得税方面，对非中国内地登记地址的境外非个人居民股东，一般按10%税率扣缴个人所得税，符合相关税收协议或安排的可按规定享受优惠；无税收协议国家居民等情形则按20%扣缴。境外非居民企业股东统一按10%税率代扣代缴企业所得税。通过港股通投资H股的内地个人投资者及证券投资基金，公司按20%税率代扣个人所得税；内地企业投资者则自行申报缴纳，公司不代扣。
