Credit Bureau Asia Completes Use of IPO Funds Through Capital Reduction

Credit Bureau Asia Limited announced on Jun, 29 2026 that it has fully deployed the remaining 20.3 million Singapore dollars from its initial public offering proceeds.
The funds were used in a capital reduction exercise aimed at returning surplus capital to shareholders via a cash distribution.
As of Dec, 31 2025, the company had already allocated 6.7 million Singapore dollars of the IPO proceeds, leaving 20.3 million Singapore dollars, which has now been completely utilised.
