天福(凯曼)控股有限公司(「天福(06868)」)于2026年6月22日发布翌日报表公告，披露公司于2026年6月22日在香港联交所场内进行了股份购回。
天福(06868)此次回购4,000股普通股，占公司于2026年6月18日已发行股本（不包括库藏股）的约0.0004%，最高及最低每股回购价分别为2.63港元和2.62港元，合计支付约10,500港元（折合约1.05万港元）。本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为1,082,811,460股，库藏股数为0，因本次所回购股份尚未在公告期末注销。
本次连续回购基于2026年5月11日获得的购回授权，该授权允许公司回购最多108,280,946股。截至公告日，公司已在包括香港联交所在内的交易场所合计回购154,000股，占授权通过时已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.0142%。
公司表示，本次回购已获董事会正式授权并遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司董事李家麟签署。
