健倍苗苗(02161)于7月16日发布公告，董事会决议向股东大会提呈股份购回计划，拟授予公司董事一般授权，于香港联合交易所有限公司上市规则以及开曼群岛法律规限下，于指定期间内回购不超过公司已发行股份（不包括任何库存股份）总数10%的股份。以截至最后实际可行日期约8.22亿股的已发行股份数计算，此回购规模上限约为8220万股。
公司表示，回购资金将出自依法可用于回购的资金来源，若公司于回购期间行使该授权，可在一定程度上提升每股资产净值或每股盈利，并有助于优化资本结构，董事会认为此举符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。过去12个月内（截至7月最后可行日期），公司股价最高曾达每股3.43港元，最低为1.84港元。董事会强调，无意通过回购使公共股本低于公司已发行股份的25%。
有关该回购计划的普通决议案，以及其他事项，将于2026年8月10日以网络会议方式举行的股东周年大会上审议并表决。公司证券登记过户手续预计在2026年8月4日至8月10日期间临时停止办理。投资者需注意股权登记和投票相关安排。公司亦计划于通过相关决议并获得股东批准后方正式实施上述回购授权。
