金川集团国际资源有限公司（简称“金川国际”）发布公告称，已委任红日资本有限公司为独立财务顾问，就部分要约向独立董事委员会提供意见。
公告显示，红日资本为根据香港法例第571章《证券及期货条例》可进行第1类（证券交易）及第6类（就机构融资提供意见）受规管活动的持牌法团。该委任已获独立董事委员会批准，符合收购守则规则2.1。独立财务顾问将主要就部分要约是否公平合理及应否接纳提供意见，其意见函件及独立董事委员会的推荐建议将载于公司就部分要约刊发的回应文件内。
此外，金川国际股份已自2025年3月28日上午九时起暂停在联交所买卖，并将继续暂停，直至另行通知。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时审慎行事。
