TUHU-W (09690) announced that Li Zhongcheng has tendered his resignation from the positions of (i) joint company secretary of the Company; (ii) authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) agent for the service of process and notices on the Company in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective October 9, 2025. Following Li Zhongcheng's resignation, Huang Meifeng has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and agent for the service of process, effective October 9, 2025. Chen Zhe will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
