Fufeng Group Executes HK$0.48 Million Share Buyback; Total Repurchases Reach 346,000 Shares under 2026 Mandate

Fufeng Group Limited reported a further on-market repurchase of 100,000 ordinary shares on 9 July 2026 at prices between HK$4.83 and HK$4.85 per share, for an aggregate consideration of HK$0.48 million.

Including this latest transaction, shares bought back since the 29 May 2026 general mandate now total 346,000, equivalent to 0.0138 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. The mandate authorises repurchases of up to 250.73 million shares, leaving 250.39 million shares (99.86 % of the mandate) still available.

All 346,000 repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation. As at the close of 9 July 2026, Fufeng’s issued share count stood unchanged at 2.51 billion shares because the repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled.

The company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 8 August 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules following the buyback activity.
