北森控股（股票代码：09669）于2026年8月10日发布公告称，公司于同日于香港联交所场内回购91,600股股份，占当日开市前已发行股本约0.0126%，每股回购价介乎港币3.25元至3.30元，合计耗资约30.20万港元。此外，公司根据2019年7月15日（其后曾不时修订）之首次公开发售前购股权计划，于8月10日发行17,000股新股，占2026年8月7日时已发行股本的约0.00234%。
本次交易完成后，公司已发行股本增至725,434,193股，库藏股增至12,114,000股。根据公告，该等回购股份将作为库藏股持有。公司此前于2025年9月18日获股东大会通过购回授权，总数为70,122,313股，截至目前，已累计回购16,880,600股，占授权通过时已发行股本约2.4073%。公司确认，所有交易均遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。
