Cirtek Holdings Reports Stable Share Capital and Full Public-Float Compliance for March 2026

Cirtek Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital is 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD0.01 each, amounting to HKD50.00 million. No movements were recorded in March 2026.

Total issued shares stood at 2.00 billion, of which 1.99 billion are in circulation and 8.53 million are held in treasury. Cirtek reported zero issuance, cancellation, or transfer of shares during the month.

Management affirmed that the public float continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 21 February 2020, 2.00 million options remain outstanding at an exercise price of HKD0.057, with capacity for up to 198.00 million shares to be issued upon full exercise. No options were exercised in March.

The filing also indicated no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements as of 31 March 2026.
