结好控股有限公司(0064)2026年2月9日发布公告，间接全资附属公司结好财务与维信金融财务有限公司签订贷款协议，提供本金额2亿港元、年利率8.75厘、为期12个月的融资安排。该笔贷款由维信金融财务的控股公司维信金科控股有限公司(2003)担保，双方同意借款人按月偿还利息，并在到期日归还本金。借款人可选择在到期前至少14日以书面通知方式，将贷款期限延长12个月，亦可随时提前还款，且无须缴付罚金或额外费用。
