Bank of China Limited (3988) held a Board of Directors meeting in Beijing on 3 March 2026, chaired by Chairman Ge Haijiao. All 16 eligible directors attended. The Board approved the appointment of Ms. Huang Xueling as Executive Vice President of the bank, subject to the approval of the National Financial Regulatory Administration.

According to the announcement, Ms. Huang was born in 1977 and joined the bank in 2026. Previously, she served at Central Huijin Investment Ltd. in roles including Head of Equity Management Department II from July 2025 to February 2026 and Head of Capital Operation Department from April 2020 to July 2025, during which she also served as Chair of the Board and General Manager of Central Huijin Asset Management Ltd. Ms. Huang holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Peking University.
