Binjiang Service Group Co. Ltd. filed its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either its authorised or issued share capital during the month.
The company’s authorised share capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, representing total authorised capital of USD 100,000. No increase or reduction was recorded.
Issued share capital was unchanged at 276.41 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. Consequently, the total number of issued shares also stayed at 276.41 million.
