Morgan Stanley Trades 232,700 ENN Energy Shares Amid Privatisation Scheme

Hong Kong, 28 May 2026 – In connection with the proposed privatisation of ENN Energy Holdings Limited by way of scheme of arrangement, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, identified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror, disclosed hedging-related transactions in ENN Energy ordinary shares executed on 27 May 2026.

Morgan Stanley purchased 218,400 shares for USD 12.27 million at prices ranging between USD 54.90 and USD 56.57 per share. Concurrently, the firm disposed of 14,300 shares for a combined USD 0.79 million, with sale prices spanning USD 54.93 to USD 56.01 per share. All dealings were undertaken on Morgan Stanley’s own account to hedge Delta 1 and other equity-related products created from wholly unsolicited client-driven orders.

The disclosure was filed under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers as part of the ongoing privatisation process. Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley.
