H股股息将以港元支付，按年度股东会日（2026年5月28日）前五个营业日中国人民银行公布的港元兑人民币平均汇率中间价折算，每股H股应付股息为0.16054港元（含税）。公司将于2026年6月3日至6月5日（含首尾两日）暂停办理H股股份过户登记，H股股东须于6月2日下午4时30分前递交过户文件，方可获派末期股息。H股股息预计于2026年7月23日派发。A股股东末期股息派发安排将另行公告。
税务方面，对于通过港股通投资H股的内地个人投资者及证券投资基金，公司将按20%税率代扣个人所得税；内地企业投资者则由企业自行申报缴纳；沪股通投资者投资公司A股，公司将按10%税率代扣所得税，符合条件的税收居民可申请退税。
