辰林教育集团披露，截至2025年8月31日止财年，收入由上年同期的5.99亿元人民币微增至6.01亿元人民币，同比增长约0.2%。期间经调整净利润（经调整EBITDA）为1.84亿元人民币，较上年同期1.92亿元人民币下降约4.1%。毛利率从上年同期的31.4%下滑至27.7%，主要系当期投入更多教学资源及升级教学设施所致。
销售及行政成本方面，销售费用从532.4万元人民币下降至433.6万元人民币，同比降幅约18.6%，整体营销投入得到进一步管控。行政开支从1.38亿元人民币增加至1.48亿元人民币，同比增长约7.1%，主要因新增及升级校舍设施带动折旧费用提升。
业务分项
财报显示，本财年教育服务贡献了约98.5%的收入。其中，学费收入约5.31亿元人民币，同比增长0.2%；住宿费收入约6,050万元人民币，同比增长0.3%；教育相关服务收入约900万元人民币，同比增长2.3%。公司表示，院校多元化课程设置与教学升级仍是推动收入增长的核心驱动因素。
