美股异动 | e.l.f. Beauty涨超20%，Q4业绩超预期，斥10亿美元收购护肤品牌Rhode
本周四（5月29日）美股盘初， e.l.f. Beauty Inc. 一度大涨超32%，截至发稿报111.09美元，涨幅22.75%：
公司第四财季营收增长 4% 至 3.326 亿美元，高于预期的 3.267 亿美元，主要得益于零售和电商渠道的强劲表现。
公司Q4实现净利润 2830 万美元，合每股 49 美分，较去年同期的 1450 万美元（每股 25 美分）翻倍；经调整后每股收益 78 美分，超出 FactSet 分析师预期的 72 美分。
此外公司还公布，计划以高达10亿美元价格收购Hailey Bieber旗下美容品牌Rhode，以进一步拓展护肤品领域。
公司指，当中包括8亿美元现金和股票，另外或根据Rhode未来三年的财报支付2亿美元。该交易预计将于2026财年第二季完成。
