茂业国际（00848）8月10日发布公告称，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未审核综合管理账目及现有资料的初步评估，预计期内将录得净亏损约人民币1.2亿至1.8亿元；而2025年同期则录得净利润11.92百万元。
剔除投资性房地产业绩及商誉减值影响后，2026年上半年经营净亏损预计约8百万元至38百万元。公告显示，本期利润下降的主要原因如下：
1. 百货零售主业营收下滑。受宏观环境及消费动能不足影响，客单价下降，导致主营收入减少、净利润承压。
2. 门店关闭影响。因未能与相关合同方就租赁条款达成共识，集团关闭包括内蒙古维多利时代城及秦皇岛现代购物广场店等若干门店，致营业收入较上年同期减少约94.28百万元，净利润减少约31.35百万元。
3. 资产减值计提。基于审慎原则，集团拟计提投资性房地产公允价值变动损失约1.25亿元及商誉减值损失约45百万元。
公司表示，截至2026年6月30日止六个月的综合财务业绩仍在落实中，相关数据未经独立核数师审核。公司计划于2026年8月底公布中期业绩报告，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股票时保持审慎。
