中木国际控股有限公司（01822）8月31日公布供股结果。根据8月14日刊发的供股章程，集团按“每持有1股现有股份获发1股供股股份”，以每股0.077港元进行供股，拟发行986,898,680股供股股份。
截至8月28日16时的最后接纳期限，公司共接获19份有效接纳，涉及580,312,539股供股股份，占本次发售股份总数约58.80%。
因此，仍有406,586,141股供股股份（占总数约41.20%）未获认购。该部分股份将依据香港联交所上市规则第7.21(1)(b)条的补偿安排，由配售代理在“尽力基准”下于配售期内向独立承配人配售，最迟时间为2026年9月8日16时前。
公告称，公司不会就配售完成后仍未获配售的股份再予发行，相应将缩减供股规模。若产生净收益，将按比例分派予不行动作股东；单笔少于100港元的款项将归公司所有。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者，供股须待所有相关条件（包括联交所批准未缴股款及缴足股款供股股份上市及买卖）获满足后方可作实，期间买卖股份需审慎。
