瑛泰医疗(01501)公告，公司于2026年5月28日举行的股东周年大会上，正式通过截至2025年12月31日止年度的利润分配方案，批准派发末期股息每股人民币0.23元（含税），折合每股0.26港元。
此次股息以人民币计值及宣派。为厘定有权收取股息的股东名单，公司将于2026年6月5日至6月10日（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记，权益登记日定为2026年6月10日。拟派末期股息预计于2026年6月30日或前后向名列当日股东名册的股东派付。
支付安排方面，内资股股东将以人民币收取股息，H股股东则按港元派付。港元兑换汇率采用董事会通过宣派股息之日前五个工作日中国人民银行公布的港元兑人民币汇率平均值，即1.135港元兑1.00元人民币，据此每股H股末期股息为0.26港元。
此外，股东周年大会同日还以投票表决方式通过了2025年董事会报告、续聘核数师及授予回购股份一般授权等其他议案。
