MIXUE Group has announced that its board of directors will convene on 27 August 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The session will also cover other routine corporate matters.

The meeting will be chaired by Co-Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Zhang Hongfu. The current board consists of four executive directors—Mr. Zhang Hongchao, Mr. Zhang Hongfu, Ms. Cai Weimiao and Ms. Zhao Hongguo—and three independent non-executive directors—Ms. Poon Philana Wai Yin, Mr. Chu Gary Hsi and Mr. Huang Sidney Xuande.

The company will publish the interim results following the board’s approval on the scheduled date. The announcement was released in Hong Kong on 17 August 2026.
