CCOE Reports No Share Capital Changes in August 2026; Public Float Requirement Fulfilled

Shanxi Changcheng Microlight Equipment Co., Limited (abbreviated as CCOE) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer covering the period to 31 August 2026, confirming a stable share structure and full compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float rules.

Total authorised share capital remained unchanged at RMB 30.89 million, divided into 110.00 million H-shares and 198.86 million domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 0.10.

Issued share capital also recorded no movements during the month. Outstanding H-shares were steady at 110.00 million, while domestic shares totalled 198.86 million. The company held no treasury shares.

CCOE affirmed that its H-share public float exceeded the required 25 % threshold, satisfying GEM Rule 17.37D(1).

No new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements were executed in August, and there were no repurchases, cancellations, or redemptions of shares.

Executive Director Mr Song Zhenglai submitted the return on 1 September 2026, attesting that all regulatory and listing rule obligations have been met.
