Nam Cheong Limited announced that on Jan, 30 2026 it transferred 1,143,564 shares previously held by a group subsidiary into the company’s treasury. Before the transaction, the subsidiary holdings stood at 1,143,564 shares, while treasury shares totaled 66,785.
Following the move, Nam Cheong no longer holds any subsidiary shares, and its treasury stock has risen to 1,210,349 shares, equivalent to about 0.304% of the 398,137,130 shares outstanding. The transfer does not change the total number of outstanding shares.
The company said the action is part of an effort to enhance efficiency and streamline future administration.
