Ltd. 已与 Oriental Prime Shipping Co., Ltd 签订两份购船协议，以总价3,920万美元收购两艘将于2026年建造、总吨位各约4,981吨的化学品船／油轮“Golden Gerbera”（船舶A）及“Golden Osmanthus”（船舶B）。\n\n每艘船舶作价1,960万美元。付款方案为：签约并书面接受船舶后5个银行营业日内支付订金（“Golden Gerbera”订金392万美元，“Golden Osmanthus”订金196万美元）；开立托管账户后汇入余款；在交付船舶之日或订金支付后四个月内（以较晚者为准）从托管账户向卖方划转剩余价款。\n\n公司表示，收购参考了公开市场上同类船舶约2,550万美元的价格水平，并综合考虑卖方的服务质量及行业口碑后确定交易价格。款项将以内部资源及外部融资组合支付。\n\n管理层指出，此次购船是持续优化船队、逐步淘汰老旧船舶并扩大自有控制船队的重要举措，有助于提升公司承接客户需求的能力和整体竞争力，并吸引更大型市场参与者的合作机会。\n\n根据香港联交所上市规则，两份协议须合并计算，相关最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易，需履行公告及申报义务。
