BUD APAC (01876) has announced that on February 16, 2026, pursuant to the terms of its share-based compensation plan adopted on September 9, 2019 and amended on May 8, 2023, the company granted a maximum of approximately 11.6043 million company restricted shares in the form of optional shares to a group of certain eligible employees. Additionally, a maximum of approximately 10.5613 million company restricted share units were granted to certain grantees.
