公司称，本次回购基于2025年6月18日通过的回购授权，授权剩余可回购股份数量为889,651,286股。截至目前，公司陆续累计回购股份8,776,000股，占授权当日已发行股份总数的约0.0986%。公司同时确认，本次回购已遵守上市规则及相关法规要求。
