Zhongyuan Bank Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 1216) has announced that its 2025 Second Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on November 10, 2025, at Zhongyuan Bank Building in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members by November 5, 2025, are entitled to attend and vote.
