泰德医药（03880）日前在公告中披露，董事会已获股东大会特别授权，可于特定期间内于香港联交所回购不超过公司已发行H股总数10%的股份。公司目前已发行H股共1.418亿股，按照公告所载比例测算，回购数量最高可达1418万股。
公告显示，待相关议案通过后，泰德医药将在合法及适用监管规定的前提下，以公司自有资金或其他合法资金进行股份购回，董事会认为此次回购举措有助于促进股东回报并提升每股收益，符合公司及股东整体最佳利益。
泰德医药已于公告列举自2025年6月至2026年5月期间的H股最高及最低股价，期间波动区间大约介于21.04港元至41.72港元之间。根据公司公告，若此次授权在年度股东大会上获正式通过，将自大会通过之日起生效，直至下一届股东周年大会结束、或公司章程及相关法律规定的期限届满、或股东大会通过特别决议撤销或修订本次授权之日止。
本次授权仍待2025年股东周年大会表决通过。公司同时提醒，H股股东名册自2026年6月15日至6月18日（含首尾两日）期间暂停办理过户登记，6月18日为股东享有投票表决权及股利分配权的登记日期。届时，公司将于中国浙江省杭州市召开股东周年大会，就本次回购授权及其他与运营相关的议案进行审议。董事会表示，若集团据此回购股份，将严格遵守相关法律及监管规则，并会适时披露后续进展。
