太和控股（00718.HK）3月20日晚间公告称，根据对集团截至2025年12月31日止财政年度的未经审核综合管理账目及现有资料的初步评估，公司预计期内将录得不少于3.8亿港元税前亏损。与2024财年约9.053亿港元的经审核税前亏损相比，亏损规模有望减少约5.2亿港元，降幅约57%。
管理层表示，亏损收窄主要得益于投资物业及财务担保合同的减值拨备减少。公司目前正对2025财年综合财务业绩进行最终审定，完整业绩将待董事会进一步审阅并通过审核委员会审核后，于2026年3月底前发布年度业绩公告。
