JINGCHENG MAC Cuts 1.74 Million A-Shares in September; Total Share Capital Dips to 545.75 Million

Beijing Jingcheng Machinery Electric Company Limited (JINGCHENG MAC) reported that it cancelled 1.74 million A-shares in September 2026, reducing both its issued and authorised A-share capital from 447.49 million to 445.75 million shares. The repurchase, executed on 8 September at an average RMB 7.3374 per share, implies a cash outlay of roughly RMB 12.76 million (USD 1.75 million).

Including its unchanged 100.00 million H-shares, the group’s total issued share count fell 0.32% month-on-month to 545.75 million shares as at 30 September 2026. No treasury shares were held at month-end.

The company confirmed that its H-share public float comfortably met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 5% minimum requirement. During the month, Jingcheng MAC reported no new issues of options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments.
