On September 22, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce officially unveiled the "2026 China Top 500 Private Enterprises" ranking, with 12 companies from Hubei Province making the cut. Among these, Wuhan contributed four entries, while the cities of Xiangyang, Yichang, Shiyan, Huangshi, Jingmen, Xiaogan, Suizhou, and Qianjiang each had one company listed.
The 12 honorees include Jointown Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., Zall Smart Commerce Group Ltd., Hengxin Auto Group Co., Ltd., Daohuaxiang Group, Jinao Technology (Hubei) Chemical Co., Ltd., Chengli Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Camel Group Co., Ltd., Huaxin Building Materials Group Co., Ltd., Jingmen GEM New Materials Co., Ltd., Fuxing Group Holdings Co., Ltd., Hubei Xinzi Renewable Resources Group Co., Ltd., and Baoye Hubei Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd..
In terms of industry distribution, the selected Hubei firms span multiple real-economy sectors, including pharmaceutical distribution, digital trade, automotive services, liquor making, chemicals, and construction materials. The automotive sector stands out particularly, as both Hengxin Auto and Chengli Automobile operate in this field. Additionally, Camel Group focuses on batteries and the new energy industry, while GEM and Xinzi Renewable are dedicated to circular economy initiatives.
Among the four Wuhan-based companies on this year's list, Jointown Pharmaceutical secured the 53rd position nationally, and Zall Smart Commerce ranked 56th, with both breaking into the top 100. Together, these two companies generated a combined revenue of 316.419 billion yuan, accounting for 42.1% of the total revenue from all 12 Hubei honorees. Furthermore, Hengxin Auto took the 152nd spot, while Baoye Hubei Construction came in at 495th.
Looking at their specific business tracks, Jointown Pharmaceutical is a leading private pharmaceutical distribution company in China; Zall Smart Commerce concentrates on digital supply chains for bulk commodities, having established a B2B trading and integrated supply chain service system; Hengxin Auto ranks as a top player in domestic auto distribution; and Baoye Hubei Construction serves as a benchmark for construction industry modernization within the province.
