Metaspacex Limited (1796) and Guangzhou Xinglun Form Joint Subsidiary, Name New CEO

Metaspacex Limited (1796) (“Metaspacex”) and Guangzhou Xinglun Safety Industry Co., Limited (“Guangzhou Xinglun”) have jointly established Xinglun Digital Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (“Xinglun Digital Technology”) in the People’s Republic of China. Metaspacex holds 51% equity interest, while Guangzhou Xinglun holds 49%. The newly formed entity is set to develop initiatives in Industrial Internet of Things, industrial software, and smart manufacturing as outlined in a previous strategic cooperation memorandum dated 17 December 2025. Business operations have yet to commence, and the two parties are discussing key details of the cooperation.

Xinglun Digital Technology has appointed Wang Kai as chief executive officer, effective 13 February 2026. Wang Kai, aged 33, has extensive experience in business administration and project management and previously held senior positions in Guangzhou Xinglun. Further updates on the cooperation and any associated projects will be provided in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
