2026年8月13日，香港中旅国际投资有限公司（股票代码：00308，以下简称“香港中旅”）发布公告称，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月将录得股东应占利润超过0.8亿港元，而上年同期则录得股东应占亏损0.87亿港元，业绩实现由亏转盈。
公司表示，业绩改善的主要原因包括： (i) 2025年12月22日完成实物分派，将旅游地产业务从集团分拆，剥离持续亏损企业； (ii) 2025年10月27日完成收购吉林省松花湖国际度假区开发有限公司及中旅（北京）冰雪体育发展有限公司，为集团带来新的收入增长点； (iii) 战略措施有效实施，推动经营表现显著改善。
公告强调，上述数据基于集团未经审核的合并管理账目及现有资料之初步评估，尚未经过核数师及董事会辖下审核委员会的审阅。公司预计将于2026年8月31日公布正式中期业绩。
