于截至二零二五年十二月三十一日止年度，叙福楼集团收入由上年度的10.56亿元小幅上升至10.81亿元。其中自有品牌业务录得3.02亿元，特许经营品牌实现7.79亿元，其余收入约73.20万元。整体收入增长及成本管控带动盈利水平回升：每股由上年度亏损4.01港仙转为本年度盈利0.21港仙，归属本公司股东溢利达169.80万元（上一年度亏损3,206.20万元），毛利率由69.8%提升至70.9%。
纵观主要成本项目，食品及饮料成本约3.15亿元，员工成本3.79亿元，使用权资产折旧及相关租金支出1.79亿元，燃料及公用设施支出3,148.40万元，其他经营开支1.06亿元。财务费用约1,527.60万元，融资收益为247.40万元。
期末资产总额约6.97亿元，其中非流动资产4.80亿元，流动资产2.17亿元；负债总额4.62亿元，较上年度有所减少，当中流动负债2.65亿元，非流动负债1.97亿元；股东权益2.35亿元，小幅上升。现金及现金等价物维持在1.40亿元。整体来看，资产负债规模收缩而股东权益略有增长，配合经营转盈态势，展现了本集团在报告期内的稳健财务表现与经营改善。
