登辉控股有限公司（01692）7月21日公告，根据董事会对截至2026年6月30日止六个月的初步未经审核综合管理账目审阅，预计期内归属于公司拥有人之溢利约为18.9百万元港元，较2025年同期约30.1百万元港元减少约11.2百万元港元，降幅约37.1%。
董事会指出，溢利下降主要受以下因素影响： 1. 集团收益减少； 2. 持续的地缘政治紧张局势推高直接原材料成本，虽受直接劳工成本及间接成本减少部分抵销； 3. 上年同期录得汇兑收益，本期则转为汇兑亏损，主要因人民币兑美元升值； 4. 上年同期录得贸易应收款项减值拨回净额，本期则录得贸易应收款项减值净额。
公司表示，相关数据尚未经过审核委员会或核数师审阅，最终未经审核中期业绩预计将于2026年8月下旬公布。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
