ZYY Announces Appointment of Li Xinpei to Audit Committee

ZYY (08223) has announced that Mr. Di Lü has resigned from his position as a non-executive director of the company, effective April 13, 2026, due to the need to devote more time and effort to other professional commitments. Following Mr. Lü's resignation as a non-executive director, the board of directors announced that, effective April 13, 2026, Mr. Lü will no longer serve as a member of the company's audit committee. Ms. Li Xinpei has been appointed as a member of the company's audit committee.
