2026年7月16日，泉峰控股（02285）发布公告，披露其已于2026年6月8日至6月29日期间回购股份合计185.00万股，占该公告日期前已发行股份总数约0.362%，相关股份已于2026年7月16日注销。回购每股价格为15.9075港元，总金额约2,942.89万港元。
本次股份回购完成后，泉峰控股已发行股本由原先的511,053,811股降至509,203,811股。公告同时确认，相关行动获得公司董事会正式授权并遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由联席公司秘书兼首席财务官胡以安签署。
