BEIJING N STAR (00588) announced that its controlling shareholder, N Star Group, purchased 12.8 million unrestricted A-shares of the company via the Shanghai Stock Exchange through centralized bidding. The share purchases, which took place between November 21, 2025, and March 31, 2026, represent 0.48% of the company's total A-share capital and 0.38% of its total share capital. The total consideration for the share acquisitions amounted to RMB 22.808 million, excluding transaction fees.
