贪玩（09890）于2026年2月13日发布翌日披露报表，公告称公司在当日进行股份回购，涉及股份总数为282,400股。
此次回购约占此前524,806,318股已发行股份的0.05%，每股回购价介乎香港币19.18元至19.69元，合计支付约香港币5,523,308元。回购后，公司已发行股份数变动为524,523,918股，库藏股数增至9,916,000股。
公告显示，贪玩已于2025年6月19日通过购回授权，授权购回股份总数为53,305,851股。截至目前，公司已回购8,534,600股，占当日获授权时总发行股份数的1.60%。公司确认已遵守上市规则及相关法律法规。
