Platt Nera International Limited announced that three key corporate documents are now available on both the company website (www.plattnera.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Released on 30 April 2026, the disclosures comprise:

• Annual Report 2025 • Circular on the proposed re-election of directors and proposed general mandates to buy back and issue shares, together with the notice of the forthcoming annual general meeting • Environmental, Social and Governance Report 2025

Shareholders who previously opted for printed materials will receive hard copies of the Annual Report 2025 and the AGM circular by mail; the ESG Report 2025 is provided online only. Non-registered shareholders can request printed versions free of charge by writing to Union Registrars Limited, the company’s Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, or by email at 1949-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk.

Those preferring electronic delivery should supply a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. In the absence of an email address on record, electronic notifications will not be sent.
