公司指出，本次回购系根据2025年6月10日通过的购回授权进行，当前回购总数为15,516,000股，占授权日已发行股份总数3.3012%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。上述翌日披露报表由公司秘书张华瑛签署。
