Hebei Yichen Industrial Group Corporation Limited will convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, 28 May 2026, in the Company’s meeting room at No. 1 Yichen North Street, Gaocheng District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, China.

The sole ordinary resolution seeks shareholder approval for: 1) the Equity Transfer Agreement and the associated acquisition; and 2) authorization for any director to execute documents, grant waivers, and take all necessary steps to implement the transaction and any related variations.

Voting arrangements • Shareholders may appoint one or more proxies; a proxy need not be a shareholder but must attend in person. • Completed proxy forms, together with any notarised power of attorney, must reach the Company’s principal place of business in the PRC (domestic shareholders) or the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (H-shareholders), no later than 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, 27 May 2026 (Hong Kong time). • Attendance and voting in person at the EGM will automatically revoke any previously submitted proxy.
