江西铜业股份有限公司（00358）9月1日公告，董事会于2026年8月31日收到涂东阳先生的书面辞任函。因工作调动，涂东阳辞去副总经理、联席公司秘书及董事会秘书职务，并自同日生效，离任后不再担任公司任何职务。
公告显示，涂东阳原任期至公司第十届董事会届满。截至公告日期，涂东阳未持有公司股票，亦不存在未履行完毕的公开承诺。其相关工作已完成交接，公司日常经营与信息披露不受影响。
在董事会秘书空缺期间，由代行董事长职责的副董事长周少兵先生代行董事会秘书职责。公司将按规定尽快完成新董事会秘书的选聘工作。另一位联席公司秘书佟达钊先生符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.28条所载资格要求，将继续履行公司秘书职责。
公告称，涂东阳与董事会之间不存在意见分歧，亦无其他事项需提请股东及香港联交所关注。
