消息面上，公司宣布已与美国一家高投资级的超大规模云服务商（Hyperscaler）达成一项新的租赁协议。该协议涉及公司在北方州的第四个AI工厂园区“Polaris Forge 3”，该园区设计可提供300兆瓦的关键IT负载，专门为大规模人工智能训练和推理工作负载而设计。根据协议，基准合同收入约为75亿美元，若全部行使期权，合同总价值可达182亿美元。
此次协议是Applied Digital与同一家超大规模客户在“Delta Forge 1”项目后的第二次重大合作，彰显了客户对公司执行能力的信心。该交易使公司四个AI工厂园区的总合同租赁收入达到310亿美元，若所有续约选项均被行使，总价值更可高达730亿美元。公司董事长兼首席执行官Wes Cummins表示，这是对公司严谨、可重复的AI工厂模型的认可，并体现了公司持续推进大型AI基础设施项目的能力。Polaris Forge 3预计将于2027年8月投入初步运营。
