Lendlease Global Commercial REIT issues 13.66 million new units for fee payments

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (JYEU) said on Jun, 19 2026 that it has issued 13,658,231 new units to satisfy management-related fee obligations for the first two quarters of FY2026.

The trust issued 8,654,378 units to pay 100% of its base management fees, comprising 4,303,769 units at Singapore dollar 0.6205 each for the period from Jul, 1 2025 to Sep, 30 2025 and 4,350,609 units at Singapore dollar 0.6136 each for Oct, 1 2025 to Dec, 31 2025. The manager nominated Lendlease GCR Investment Holding to receive these units, and the nominee will pay the manager about 5.34 million Singapore dollars in cash.

A further 5,003,853 units were issued for property management fees: 2,447,209 units at Singapore dollar 0.6205 for Jul, 1 2025–Sep, 30 2025 and 2,556,644 units at Singapore dollar 0.6136 for Oct, 1 2025–Dec, 31 2025. The same nominee will pay the property manager roughly 3.09 million Singapore dollars for these units.

Following the allotment, Lendlease GCR Investment Holding holds 46,641,885 units, representing about 1.40 % of the total 3,327,029,297 units in issue, while the manager’s stake stands at 31,869,273 units, or 0.96 % of the enlarged unit base.
