运兴泰集团（股票代码：08362）于3月30日公告，将在即将举行的股东周年大会上提呈一项股份购回授权议案。根据公告，该授权最高可达公司已发行股本的10%，相当于约1.4亿股股票（公司目前已发行股本总数为14亿股）。
本次股份购回将依据香港联合交易所有限公司GEM上市规则以及开曼群岛适用法例进行，购回所需资金拟由公司内部资源拨付。董事会认为，股份购回有助于提升股东回报和优化资本结构，并且符合公司及股东整体利益。
公告显示，董事会目前无意在获得授权后立即购回股份，仅于认为合适时灵活行使该项授权。过往12个月内，公司股票最高成交价为0.068港元（2025年6月），最低成交价为0.050港元（2025年8月）。
有关股份购回授权的最终决议，将于2026年5月20日召开的股东周年大会上提交表决。公司同时提醒，若议案获得通过，股东名册将自5月15日至5月20日暂停办理过户登记。
